We offer free shipping to any address in South Africa. All domestic orders are fully insured for your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your jewellery on its journey to you.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition.
Packaged in the original jewellery box and protective packaging. - Accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Please note: Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.
