Refund policy

At Ali Schmidt Jewellery, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and in their original condition.

    • Packaged in the original jewellery box and protective packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

  • Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.

  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please email us at ali@ali-schmidt.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
