Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition.
Packaged in the original jewellery box and protective packaging. - Accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.
